Terms of Use
Effective 29 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the HabitBloom app for iPhone ("HabitBloom", "the app"), provided by Muthuveerapandi S ("we", "us"). By downloading or using HabitBloom you agree to them. They work together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple's EULA"). If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law and Apple's rules allow.
1. Who can use HabitBloom
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms on your behalf.
2. Wellness, not medical advice
HabitBloom offers general wellness ideas, such as habits, reminders and gentle challenges. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified health professional before changing your diet, exercise, sleep or medication, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. Don't use HabitBloom in an emergency; contact your local emergency services.
3. Your license to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HabitBloom on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple's EULA and the App Store's Usage Rules allow. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, get around its subscription features, or use it unlawfully. We keep all rights in the app, its design, content and the HabitBloom name.
4. Your data
Your habits, history and notes belong to you and are stored on your iPhone, as described in our Privacy Policy. Because we don't keep a copy, you're responsible for backing them up, for example with the app's export and backup options or your iPhone's backups. We can't recover data that's deleted from your device.
5. HabitBloom Premium
HabitBloom is free to use. HabitBloom Premium is an optional subscription that adds features such as unlimited habits, longer challenges, your full progress history and per-habit insights. The features included in Free and Premium are shown in the app and may change over time.
Plans, prices and free trial
Premium is offered as monthly and annual plans. The price, billing period and any free trial for your country are shown in the app before you subscribe. A free trial, when offered, is for new subscribers only. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Billing and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm your purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your iPhone's Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If we change a subscription price, Apple notifies you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent before you're charged the new price.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's policies and your local consumer law. We can't issue refunds directly.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of HabitBloom, for example to add features or fix problems. We try to keep the app available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. If we ever stop offering Premium, we won't charge further renewals.
7. Ending these terms
You can stop using HabitBloom at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may end your license to use the app. Sections 4 and 8 to 11 continue to apply after these terms end.
8. Disclaimer
HabitBloom is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise any particular health or lifestyle result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of HabitBloom. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for HabitBloom Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app doesn't meet an applicable warranty, you can tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple isn't responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims; we are, to the extent these terms say so. You confirm that you aren't in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and aren't on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any rights and protections your local law gives you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using HabitBloom after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
